NCS Staff Takes On Riverbank State Park!

NCS staff from all of our program sites gathered for a summer celebration at the beautiful Riverbank State Park yesterday for our annual Staff Outing.

It was a day full of fun, delicious food, games, and festivities while getting to spend time with coworkers we don't all see on a daily basis.

We are a unique organization in that we function in various areas around the city, even across boroughs. That’s why all-staff days, like this one, are so necessary throughout the year in order to maintain unity and foster a sense of community. This is especially important at Human Services Organizations, like NCS, to ensure staff feel supported when the work can become emotionally taxing at times.

We’re so glad to have almost all of our staff members join for this lovely day of community bonding.
