Use Your IRA to Help Your Neighbors

If you are 70½ or older, you can make a tax-free distribution from your traditional or Roth IRA to Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter. This is called a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) and it is an incredible way to provide our neighbors with a home, a community, and the services they need to thrive.

How it Works

You can donate up to $100,000 each year without incurring income tax on your withdrawal.
